Refund policy

We allow Store Credit or Exchanges for Tailored South products. If, upon receipt of your merchandise, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please submit a claim via e-mail to tailoredsouth@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and you may be subject to shipping costs for refunds or exchanges not resulting from a mistake on our part.
